Automotive Sales Advisor Crawley - Full Time Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Sales Advisor to join the South’s largest car supermarket. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can deal with high volume enquiries whilst providing the best possible customer service. You must have excellent communication and negotiating skills along with a professional and personable manner. Previous automotive sales would be advantageous however a fully structured training programme will be provided. This position requires a 5 day working week which includes weekends. Full driving licence essential.
Vehicle Technician/Inspector Crawley - Full Time Permanent
We currently have a fantastic position for a vehicle technician/inspector to join our friendly and talented Inspection team. This role involves testing and inspecting of vehicles prior to preparation for retail sale, and will require a keen eye and a good attention to detail, other duties will also include routine servicing, maintenance, fault diagnostics and rectification Previous experience as a Technician or MOT Inspector is essential. Full driving licence essential.
Workshop Apprentice Crawley - Full Time Permanent
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist in our busy workshop. Main duties will include delivering of vehicles to/from main dealers/body shops, carrying out in-house quality control inspections to our vehicles, performing simple technician tasks such as tyre and number plate changes. Full driving licence essential.
Tele-sales Advisor Crawley - Full Time Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced tele-sales advisor based in our busy call centre at Crawley. This position would ideally suit a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales focused individual with excellent communication skills. Duties include taking inbound sales enquiries, arranging appointments, following up potential sales leads, email/web enquiries and dealing with customer support queries.

What to expect...
If we like your application, we'll contact you by phone for a brief telephone interview. You will then be invited down to UnbeatableCar for a face to face interview.
Here's a bit of advice that should help get you through the interview process smoothly:
3 rounds of interviews...
The first round is a simple 10 minute informal chat, just to discuss the basics of the job and your understanding of the position on offer.
At the second round stage, you can expect to meet the person who will be your line manager. They will want to hear all about your relevant experience and will explore whether you have the capabilities that you need to excel in the role you're being interviewed for. They're also interested in who you are, what you stand for, why you're great and what you can bring to our company.
The third and final round is where you get to meet the other people you'll be working closely with as well as one of the Company Directors This is your final opportunity to shine and also to ask all of those burning questions. So prepare to dazzle.
Some great tips for success...
Our dress code varies with the position, so it's up to you what you'd like to wear for your interview. If you feel like dressing smart, come smart. If you feel weird wearing a suit, then come less formal. Please remember this is an interview and first impressions count.
